Forming Habits:

When we start the new year, we always make these resolutions. One of the main resolutions is always to be healthy, to exercise more, or to lose weight. It has been said that by the 12th of January, most people have already given up on their resolutions. I’m here to say that we must stay on track and hold ourselves accountable. Keeping up with my resolutions have been going slow and steady, but I know in my heart I will get there. There are 365 days in a year. It takes 21 days to build a habit, 90 days to build a lifestyle, and 63 days to heal toxic thoughts. The hard part is that 21 days. Once you get that out the way, everything else will fall into place. Don’t get discouraged, don’t give up. You just need 21 days and it’s still only beginning. Use your time wisely. Remember when attaining and maintaining your BlissBody, it’s not about the number on the scale, it’s about how you feel. Those feelings after a good workout, or after you eat a great meal are the only feelings that matter and what will help you form these habits in building a better lifestyle.
